HookGenLabs provides AI-powered tools designed to help users create, improve, organize, and repurpose content.

Our tools may include content generation, prompt optimization, email writing, document processing, meeting note conversion, image generation, and other AI-powered features.

We may improve, update, add, or remove features at any time to improve the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure, protecting your password, ensuring the information you provide is accurate, and all activity that occurs under your account.

If you believe someone has accessed your account without permission, please contact us immediately.

Some features are available for free, while others require a paid subscription.

Each plan includes its own usage limits, available tools, and features as shown on our pricing page.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the customer billing portal.

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals. Your current subscription remains active until the end of the billing period.

Payments are securely processed through our payment provider.

HookGenLabs does not store your payment card details.

Prices may change in the future, but changes will only apply to future billing periods.

You keep ownership of the content you upload and the content you create using HookGenLabs.

By using our services, you give us permission to process your content only as needed to provide the requested features.

You must only upload content you have the legal right to use.

HookGenLabs uses artificial intelligence to generate content.

AI can sometimes make mistakes, produce inaccurate information, or generate content similar to other users.

Always review, edit, and verify AI-generated content before publishing, sharing, or relying on it. You are responsible for how you use the generated content.

You agree not to use HookGenLabs to break any applicable laws; harm, threaten, or harass others; upload malicious software; bypass usage limits or security measures; attempt unauthorized access to any account or data; infringe another person's intellectual property or privacy rights; or misuse the service in a way that affects other users.

We work hard to keep HookGenLabs available and reliable.

However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, internet issues, AI provider outages, or unexpected technical problems may occasionally affect availability.

We strive to provide a reliable service, but HookGenLabs is provided "as available."

We are not responsible for decisions made using AI-generated content or for losses resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or outdated outputs.

If a problem occurs because of our service, our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for HookGenLabs during the previous twelve (12) months.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the platform, attempt fraud or unauthorized access, or threaten the security or reliability of HookGenLabs.

Users may stop using HookGenLabs at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

If significant changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify users through the website or their account.
